Can I include my Companies logo?

Of course you can! Many of our concepts make the logo a feature in the e-card itself. Gif, jpeg and png logo formats can be used. If you are having difficulty with your logo, let us help! Simply email your logo to logos@charityecards.com.au and we shall prepare your logo for use on the site. We are here to be of service to you! 

Will my Clients be aware that I have supported Charity through my Purchase?

Absolutely and of course they will! Wording that your special Charity has been supported, plus the Charities logo will be displayed under every ecard, when they are viewed. Plus if you use our website to send your ecards on your behalf, the email that is delivered into your clients inbox, informs them that charity has been supported.

Is the charity informed that I have supported them?

Yes, as soon as you have purchased your e-cards, an e-mail is sent to your Charity informing them.

What percentage is donated to my selected Charity?

20 cents of every dollar that you spend goes to your special worthwhile charity. We are very proud that we have donated in excess of $3.5 Million dollars to Charity.

Will you email my Ecard to me in an email?

  • No, we recommend that you use the Sending Tools that we have in the 'My Ecards' section. "Login" and then click on the "My Ecards" button to view the send button.
  • When you purchase your e-cards we shall email a preformatted email to you, which contains a small picture of your ecard plus a link to your ecard. All you need to do is forward this specially formatted email to your recipients. Please remember to change the subject line prior to sending.

Can I send my ecard to a second list of people?

Sure! Log into the website using the login at the top right of the website. Once logged in the  "My Ecards" button will be revealed. Please click on the "My Ecards" button so that the Sending Button is visible and you can easily send to additional people. Only if you need to, you can purchase a Top-Up. Remember, not everyone will open your ecard.  

Am I able to make changes to my Ecard?

At any point you can make changes to the content of your ecard. Anyone who has not yet opened your ecard will then only see the latest version. Please login to the website using the login at the top right. Please click "My Ecards". Please look for the Tools column, and adjacent to your ecard you will see a little graphic that looks like a pencil. Please click on the pencil to edit your ecard.

How will I know how many times my ecard has been opened?

Please log in to your account and then click the "My Ecards" button top right. You will easily see how many people have opened your ecard and how many ecards remain. You can top-up your e-card whenever you wish to, but only if you need to.

Please explain how you count e-cards that are used or opened?

Very simply, if you send 100 ecards and only 75 people open the ecard, then 25 ecards remain. If a recipient opens your e-cards multiple time on the same computer, this will only ever count as one ecard. Should they open their ecard on a different computer, a further ecard will be used. We recommend that you purchase slightly less that the number of recipients you wish to send your Ecard to. Remember, not all e-cards will be opened, so this recommendation should be fine. Our system will email you should a top-up be required.
 

How long is my Ecard valid for?

Ecards are valid for a period of 6 (six) months from date of purchase, so please ensure that you utilise all your purchased ecards within this timeframe.
 

How can I send my e-card?

Simply log into the website by clicking the login at the top right hand side of the website - then click on "My Ecards" adjacent to the login button to start sending your E-cards. You can send immediately or at the time of your choosing. 

How long does it take to email my ecard if I select "Send Now"?

Your ecards are queued immediately on our server and are usually sent within ten minutes. We will email you a confirmation email once the emails have been queued on our server.

Can I Schedule the Sending of my ecards?

Yes! Of course! You can schedule your ecards to be sent any time in the future as long as the future is at least 15 minutes. Once you have scheduled the batch, you can return at any point to change the sending time or the recipients or even delete.

Can I receive a sample E-Card?

Yes, just click customise for any ecard, and then click the button, "Email me example ecard"
